Three types of offers

Single sheet

You only have a single Google Sheets where you want some automations to be applied to. Whether you want calculations to run automatically, improve the performance of your sheets. Or to inform clients or employees with custom automated messages. Send invoices, proposals or any other information in a custom format automatically.

Scripts only

Your sheets are not big enough that you require a database, or you don’t have that many sources that need to generate KPIs for your dashboard. You find yourself making copies of your sheets, or there are too many people working from the same spreadsheet and the overview is a bit lost within your team.

Full system

You’ll end with multiple sheets to manage your team, stakeholders or data sources. A BigQuery database which performs the calculations in the blink of an eye and your custom designed Operations Hub which is a single sheet that gives you the complete overview of a section or your whole company.

What does the process look like?

To progress as efficiently as possible through the phases, we have created various tools to facilitate collaboration, organise information and develop the system. Which are:

  • Trello board – to see tickets generated as well as their statuses and comments.
  • MGMT sheet – where we keep track of the budget, development hours and an overview of the various system parts and their statuses.
  • Meeting notes document – from all the face-to-face time we have spent together.
  • Project documentation – a document that explains how the system is set-up, the connections between parts and a manual on how to use it. This is an evolving document.

The most notable thing is that we work in iterations. We use mini-deliveries so you can gain experience and questions with parts of the system while we continue developing. Our communication is centred around “update meetings” to discuss work that needs to be done, to make sure what we have developed is in line with your needs and expectations. “Delivery meetings” to discuss part of the system that is nearing completion and the aforementioned tools to stay organised.

We work in pre-production so you have ample time to test the system before it is fully implemented into your company. Furthermore, if your project is so complex that we need multiple project scope meetings, we will divide the project into various minimum viable products (MVPs) and focus on delivering those.

Billing method

We adhere to an “Hourly Not to Exceed” model, this hybrid model allows you and us the benefits of both hourly and fixed fee contracts. In this arrangement, we charge you based on the actual hours worked but set a maximum limit on the total cost.

The budget will be determined by you and confirmed via email. All the hours we spent on this project will be divided into development and meeting hours and grouped by weeks. Whenever we reach 80% of the budget, we’ll assess if we’re going to make it below budget or with the new ideas we have generated together in the sessions the budget needs to be scaled-up.

Supporting Educational and Non-profit Projects

We want our contribution for the world to be in educational and non-profit projects. If you’re working for an educational institution, organisation or project, please let us know and we will craft a special deal that can work for you.
